I've always found that my favorite things to do for fun are usually free, or basically free. Here's a few examples. Please add others. I like to go for long walks pretty much anywhere be it a park, a sidewalk, the woods etc. Another thing I enjoy that is a mostly forgotten pleasure is sitting in the library reading a good book, especially in the summer when it's really hot outside and the A/C runs cool at the library. Hanging out with friends at home, going to a movie, grabbing a drink, whatever...friends rock

. Sleep is also free and underrated

Swimming at a lake, river or stream is often even though it may cost a few bucks to get into the park. In any case, those are a few of them. Can anyone give me some fresh ideas?
