In order to access the Near Me Chat Rooms you must verify your phone number on your account AND complete an account verification process.

To verify your number you must do the following:

• Add your current mobile phone number to your account in your settings page.
• Check off the box to accept notifications to your phone then save your settings.
• Reply Y or YES to the notification you should receive to verify your number.

Verification can also be completed by using Facebook Connect

If you follow these steps you should be able to verify your number. Please be aware that some carriers or plans may not allow you to receive the notification in order to verify your number. We do not have any control over this.

You will ALSO need to Verify your account through a separate process. Details for Verifying your account can be found HERE.

We currently do not provide access to any of our Near Me Chats via a computer.
