First, think back to the actions you have taken or things you have said to the community in the past 24-48 hours. It is likely that what you did or said, resulted in another user finding it a form of harassment.
After the abuse is reported, our admins will review the report and any evidence to support the claim of harassment before deciding on warnings, restrictions or termination of the account.
Be aware there are two types of restrictions, temporary and permanent.
Temporary Restrictions (1-5 days) are what our team refers to as "Cool Down" periods. We understand everyone can have a bad day or you are saying things you wouldn't normally say. These temporary restrictions are to allow you time to focus on other things on the site and avoid making situations worse for yourself and others. Be aware that receiving too many of these restrictions can lead to permanent restrictions.
At this time, our admin and support teams cannot share any information regarding the reports that resulted in an account receiving warnings, restrictions or termination. Our teams will always review the reported content before making a decision to warn, restrict or terminate any accounts.
Our teams will also not take any form of petitions in to consideration for removal of restrictions, restoring an account, or taking any other action against a user.
Lastly, our team has a zero tolerance for any forms of racist or hate speech, posting graphic content or links to graphic content, or fraudulent Gold charges.
