Why may I not be able to buy Gold?

There may be several reasons as to why a user may not be able to purchase Moco Gold.

1. Purchase Options are not available in your area or through your carrier.

The majority of our payment partners operate strictly within North America. This means our users overseas may have limited options when it comes to purchasing gold. Your best option for this would be to sign on via a computer to see the options available in your country.

2. You're on a Pre-Paid phone/plan.

Most pre-paid devices are not able to make payments via Texts or charge directly to their phone bill. We do not currently accept payments made to your phone bill or via text.

3. Your account is blocked from making Moco Gold Purchases.

Your account may be prevented from making purchases due to previous Gold payments on your account being questionable or they were disputed by your bank or card company. To prevent fraud, a block from further purchases is placed on your account.

Be aware that a dispute of Moco Gold through your card will likely lead to an automatic block from gold purchasing.
