This is my little man Cooper. His owners moved and left him tied to a pole at their apartment complex with only a bowl of water. He was so malnourished that his kidney and liver started to fail. After a month of meds and some TLC, he is a rambunctious, playful, gentle, loving little guy. Likes: Starbucks Puppicino, Frosty Paws, chicken fajitas and belly rubs. Dislikes: Not being on my lap.
